Il y a une distance nécessaire au bombardement d'images éclatantes. Il y a une surcharge sensorielle, incrédulité, un refus de son existence.
'Fenêtre' est une traduction d'images de Colombie qui a jeté cette réalité à travers l'Internet. Les tableaux sont au sujet d'élasticité, au sujet de couleurs éclatantes, au sujet de la brutalité la plus cruelle interminable et ses effets. Il y a deux côtés à la réalité, avec la violence il y a une résilience extraordinaire chez les gens. Il y a une balance humaine qui se vérifie et se neutralise dans toute société donnée .
Le projet est au sujet de ces forces opposantes, là le spectateur est placé dans l'illusion, voyant tout et incommodément surchargé.
Window
There is a necessary distancing from the bombardment of vivid imagery. There is a sensory overload, disbelief, a rejection of its existence.
'Window' is a translation of images from Colombia that cast this reality through the Internet. The paintings are about elasticity, about vivid colors, about the never-ending cruelest brutality and its effects. There are two sides to the reality, along with the violence there is an extraordinary resilience in the people. There is a human balance which checks and neutralizes the outcome in any given society.
The project is about these opposing forces, in this way the viewer is placed within the illusion, seeing everything and uncomfortably overloaded.
